Q: What happens after I purchase the bundle?
A: After you check out and complete your payment, you’ll instantly get an email with your downloads (sound packs). Another login-email from the course platform will arrive in a separate email within just a few minutes. You can start the courses whenever you please.
Q: What format are the courses in?
A: The courses consist of structured step by step online videos (in 16:9 tutorial format), systematically split up into tutorials, walkthroughs and modules.
Q: Can I upgrade? I have an earlier Everything Bundle or some other combination of products.
A: Yes you can upgrade! Simply log in to your account, where the system will generate an automatic discount code for the Everything Bundle - Year Edition 2023 as well as the Everything Bundle - Collector’s Edition 2023, based on your previous orders. It also works if you have previously bought single items and no bundle. (If you haven't created an account with earlier orders, feel free to reply to this email including one of your previous order numbers and we'll send you an account invite).
Q: I already own some courses / packs. Can I upgrade with a custom offer?

Q: What is the difference between the "Everything Bundle - Year Edition 2023" and the "Everything Bundle - Collector’s Edition 2023"?
A: The Everything Bundle - Year Edition 2023 contains all courses and sound packs that have been released in 2023 with the latest sounds of and courses in the genres Melodic Techno, Techno, Tech House, Melodic House, Organic House, Afro Percussive House and many more. Overall it contains Courses, Ableton Projects, Sample Packs, Preset packs and MIDI packs of more than 1800 Euros in individual value. The “Everything Bundle - Collector’s Edition 2023” contains all courses and sound packs in the PML store (made until the end of 2023).
Q: Why are there two different Everything Bundles?
A: The Everything Bundle - Collector’s Edition 2023 is for producers looking for an extremely wide sound library and Academy not only covering the most relevant sounds of this year but also of the past few years.
The original intent for the Everything Bundle - Year Edition 2023 was to provide an easier way for legacy Everything Bundle owners to upgrade to this year’s version. However, we’ve added so many great sounding packs and courses in this wonderfully inspiring year for electronic music, that the “upgrade” serves as a full blown Everything Bundle with state of the art sounds of the season in its own right.
Q: How much am I saving by getting the bundle?
A: The normal single list price values of ALL included products add up to far over 8000 Euros of value for the Everything Bundle - Collector’s Edition 2023 and over 1800 Euros in value for the Everything Bundle - Year Edition 2023.
On top of the courses, fantastic unique sound packs are part of the bundles. You're getting around 84% off (or 1500 Euros off) the individual price for the Everything Bundle - Year Edition 2023 and around 94% off (or 7500 Euros off) the individual price for the Everything Bundle - Collector’s Edition 2023. It’s truly an incredible deal.
Q: When do the courses start and finish?
A: The courses start now and never end! Every course is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
Q: How long do I have access to the courses?
A: After enrolling, you have unlimited lifetime access to the courses for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Q: Do I need to own specific Software, Plugins, Packs?
A: The bundles are mainly based around “Ableton Live 11 Suite” stock effects and instruments. Most courses and packs only use Ableton stock effects and instruments PLUS one of these VST instruments: Xfer Serum and U-He Diva (for the rich “analog” sounds). Q: What is the bare minimum version of Ableton required to follow the courses?
A: For some courses even Ableton Live 10.1 is enough, but the latest ones use Ableton Live Suite 11 (11.1.6 or higher would be best).
Q: What if I am unhappy with my order?
A: We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 5 days and we will give you a full refund. One refund per person.
Q: Can I watch courses offline?
A: There is a way of watching videos offline for example if you are travelling with an iPad and you are not always within reach of a stable internet connection: We have activated the option of MyTeachable accounts on our videos so you can watch videos offline through the “Teachable Online Courses” IOS App.
Q: Do the courses have subtitles?
A: Many courses have English subtitles and we are in the process of activating more (AI supported) subtitles for the remaining course catalogue. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out to our support.
Q: Is this a subscription to future products, for example coming in 2024?
A: No. This is a one time payment for the courses/packs available now (and to be added until the end of 2023). Products that will be released in 2024 and later, are not included in the purchase.
Q: How much hard disk space do I need?
A: The Everything Bundle requires around 40 GB of free hard disk for all artist packs, templates, sample packs, midi packs, and presets. Packs can be downloaded separately in 9 categories and be stored on an external SSD/HDD as well. All courses are hosted on our teaching platform and require no additional space.
