Q: What happens after I purchase the bundle?
A: After you check out and complete your payment, you’ll instantly get an email with your downloads (sound packs). Your email from our course platform with information on how to access the courses will arrive in a separate email within just a few minutes. You can start the courses whenever you please.
Q: What format are the courses in?
A: The courses consist of online videos, split up by tutorials, walkthroughs and modules.
Q: I have the Everything Bundle, can I upgrade?

Q: What is the difference between the "Premium Bundle" and the "All Ableton Courses Bundle" ?
A: The Premium Bundle contains 30+ courses PLUS more than 100 Sound Packs: Ableton Projects, Sample Packs, Preset packs and MIDI packs. The All Courses Bundle "only" contains courses (incl. course files).
Q: How much am I saving by getting the bundle?
A: The normal single list prices values of ALL included products add up to far over 3000 Euros of value.
On top of the courses, there are more than 100+ sound packs part of this bundle. It’s truly an incredible deal.
Q: When do the courses start and finish?
A: The courses start now and never end! Every course is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
Q: How long do I have access to the courses?
A: After enrolling, you have unlimited lifetime access to the courses for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Q: Do I need to own specific Software, Plugins, Packs?
A: This bundle is mainly based around Ableton Live stock effects and instruments. Most courses and packs only use Ableton stock effects and instruments PLUS one of these VST instruments: Serum, Massive, Diva, Arturia Mini, Sylenth1. Q: What is the bare minimum version of Ableton required to follow the courses?
A: For some courses even Ableton Live 9.5 is enough, but the latest ones need Ableton 10 (10.1.7) would be best. 10.0.6 is ok too.
Q: What if I am unhappy with my order?
A: We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 5 days and we will give you a full refund. One refund per person.
Q: Can I watch courses offline?
A: There is a way of watching videos offline for example if you are travelling with an iPad and you are not always within reach of a stable internet connection: We have activated the option of MyTeachable accounts on our videos so you can watch videos offline through the “Teachable Online Courses” Mobile App.
Q: Is this a subscription to future products, for example coming in 2021?
A: No. This is a one time payment for the courses/packs available now. It’s not a subscription to things we release in 2021 or later than that.
Q: How much hard disk space do I need?
A: The Premium Bundle requires around 22GB of free hard disk for all templates, sample packs, midi packs, and presets. Packs can be stored on an external SSD as well. All courses are hosted on our teaching platform and require no additional space.
Q: Do the videos come with subtitles ?
A: Most of the courses have English subtitles and we're currently in the process of making them available on all of them (will be updated automatically in about 2 weeks).
